TUSCALOOSA GAME DAY LEASE, 2BR/2BA WITH A STUDY
The Legends of Tuscaloosa, situated just one block from Bryant Denny Stadium, offers luxury living that is unmatched in the area. The superior spaces truly inspire, and are worthy enough to stand in the shadow of legends.
This condominium is available for Game Day Lease. This condominium is a furnished unit featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the study is converted to a third bedroom (unit sleeps 4-6). The luxury condominium also has a covered balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and two parking spaces. The gated complex offers a roof top courtyard overlooking the stadium.
On football weekends, we offer a flat rental price of $1800/weekend, which includes Thursday through Sunday. Our condominium is strictly a non-smoking and no pets unit. The rental age is twenty-five and up. A $300 deposit must be placed to hold your reservation with full payment within 14 days. We will accept Visa credit cards or a money order.
All bed linens and towels are supplied. The cleaning cost is included in the lease rate. The unit has a flat screen television with cable.
