Annie
Fine
Inverness Director and Human Resources Director
Please contact Annie with any
questions concerning Odyssey's Inverness School
or to schedule a tour.
Annie Fine's employment at Odyssey began in
1998 when she came on board as the company's
Business Manager. Recently, however, her duties
expanded significantly as she assumed the Director's
position at Inverness in 2005. But, Annie was
familiar with Odyssey even before her employment
began; one or both of her sons Kyle and Kevin
have attended Odyssey since 1997 and will finally
leave Odyssey in 2005 with Kevin's graduation
from our Kindergarten program. Annie and her
husband, Erik were married in 1991, and they
enjoy spending lots of time with their boys.
Because of Annie's experiences as both an Odyssey
parent and administrator, she is highly-qualified
and has a fair perspective when dealing with
both the staff and the families.
Jennifer Swatek
Assistant Director, Inverness
Jennifer joined the Odyssey family in May
2001. She initially discovered Odyssey when
looking for a preschool for her two sons as
she prepared to return to work after staying
at home with them after their birth. However,
she found more than a preschool for them; she
found a great place to work too.
Jennifer initially taught toddlers, and then
moved to the preschool program for two more
years. When approached by Dr. Mitchell to join
Odyssey's administrative team in 2003, she
accepted this new responsibility and now gets
to work hand in hand with all the children,
parents and teachers.
As an Assistant Director at Inverness, Jennifer
uses her knowledge and background as mom, teacher
and administrator to best meet everyone's needs.
Jennifer and her husband, Michael, have been
married for eight years and have two boys,
Hunter and Ethan, who love all sports and being
silly, as boys often will.
Jennifer enjoys entertaining with friends
while her husband tends to favor golf during
his spare time. Their family is what led them
to Odyssey, and Jennifer's goal is for everyone
to have the quality experience they've had.

Amy Dagnan
Assistant Director
Amy Dagnan has been a standout personality
in the Odyssey family since her arrival
in 2000. Her extensive knowledge of
early childhood development and many
years of classroom teaching have resulted
in her promotion to the position of
Curriculum Coordinator for both Odyssey
schools.
Amy is responsible for creating the
fun, engaging and age-appropriate curriculum
that is the core of Odyssey's daily
program. She also heads up Odyssey's
teacher training and support to ensure
that our high standards are being maintained
every day.
Amy and her husband, Perry, were married
in 2000 and have no children (yet!).
You will see Amy every morning at
the front desk at Trace Crossings greeting
everyone by name with a smile on her
face! She spends the rest of most days
floating between the two schools to
ensure that the staff are receiving
the support they need to carry out
Odyssey's curriculum.
